She made the entire process smooth and easy, answered all my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. My wedding was on a rainy day and my dress was ruined by the puddles and dirt. So I took my dress to NICE CLEANERS and showed them the damage before committing to leaving the dress. From the moment I walked in Brittany was very nice and helpful. Steve took the time to explain to me what the process would be to clean my wedding dress and made no promises that it would look as before due to how dirty it was. But he did promise that they would do the best they could, and they sure did! I am beyond happy & amazed with their service. Their price was fair considering the quality of their work. Great cleaners! Found them after my last dry cleaner retired. The team here is friendly, polite and personable. They do a great job on my clothing and are very accommodating if I need something quickly. They’ve implemented some “technology” with text alerts for an itemized list of clothing being cleaned, clothes ready text alert and the ability to pay through this system or at the store. They have delivery service available and an onsite seamstress just started. They also offer Military / First Responder discounts. Great place!
